Do the following:
Log into the registry by clicking the directory click [Start] - [Run], then in the Run window type the command regedit and will open up the System Registry Editor, find the sub key
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ software \ microsoft \ windows \ CurrentVwrsion \ InternetSeting \ Zones \ 3].
Search for [DWORD] with name [1001] and then double click the DWORD and change the score with a value of 3, close the Registry editor and restart the PC to implement the system.
